When you purchase a digital product from The Progress Toolkit, you receive a limited license to use that product. You are purchasing the right to use the materials under the terms below. You are not purchasing ownership of The Progress Toolkit’s intellectual property or the right to resell or redistribute it.
1. What Your License Allows
Unless a specific product states otherwise, your purchase allows you to use the digital product for your own individual or business use.
For a business purchase, this includes reasonable internal use in the business for which the product was purchased.
You may:

– Complete, fill in, and work with the materials as intended.
– Use the product to support your own business operations, decisions, planning, systems, or internal implementation.
– Share and use the product internally with people who reasonably need access to help use or implement it within the purchasing business.
The license is intended to help you use the product, not to restrict ordinary legitimate use of something you purchased.
2. Internal Business Use
The Progress Toolkit’s digital products may be used inside your own business where that use is consistent with the product’s intended purpose.

3. What Your License Does Not Allow

– Give, transfer, sublicense, or assign your license to another person or unrelated business.
– Upload the product to a shared library, membership site, marketplace, file-sharing service, or other location where people outside your permitted internal business use can access it.
– Repackage the product as your own product.
– White-label the product.
– Claim authorship or ownership of The Progress Toolkit’s original materials.
– Sell or distribute the product as PLR, MRR, resale-rights material, templates for redistribution, or any similar licensing model.
– Use the product to create a substantially identical competing product for sale or distribution.
4. Your Work and Your Business Information
Information, decisions, plans, systems, notes, answers, and other business-specific content that you enter into or create while using the product remain your own.
The Progress Toolkit does not claim ownership of your underlying business information merely because you used one of our tools or products to organize or work with it.
This does not transfer ownership of The Progress Toolkit’s original product design, written content, frameworks, templates, structure, branding, or other intellectual property.
5. Copies and Storage
You may keep reasonable copies of the purchased files for your own permitted use, including ordinary local storage and backup copies.
Those copies remain subject to this license.
Keeping a backup copy does not create an additional license and does not permit distribution outside the purchasing business.
6. Team and Internal Business Use
A purchase may be used by the purchaser and by any employees, owners, partners, contractors, or other team members who reasonably need access to use or implement the product within the purchasing business.
The Progress Toolkit does not impose a per-seat limit on this internal use unless a specific future product expressly states otherwise.
You may make reasonable internal copies and share the product within your own business as needed to use it effectively.
This internal-use permission does not allow the original files or materials to be distributed outside the purchasing business, resold, sublicensed, white-labeled, published, or provided to unrelated businesses or clients as standalone materials.
You remain responsible for making sure the product is used consistently with this license.
7. Compatibility and Product Requirements
Each product may have specific software, file-format, or compatibility requirements.
Please review the applicable product information before purchase.
Do not assume compatibility with software, platforms, or file formats that The Progress Toolkit has not specifically verified or represented.
For example, a product designed and verified for Microsoft Excel should not be assumed to work fully in Google Sheets unless The Progress Toolkit expressly states that compatibility has been tested.
8. Refunds and License Termination
If The Progress Toolkit approves a refund for a digital product, the license associated with that refunded product terminates.
After a refund, you must stop using the refunded product and delete copies of the downloaded product files that remain in your possession or control.
Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual Property
The Progress Toolkit retains ownership of its original intellectual property, including its written content, product design, frameworks, templates, branding, graphics, structure, and other original materials, except where otherwise stated.
Third-party materials, trademarks, software, or other content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Your purchase gives you a license to use the product as described here. It does not transfer ownership of The Progress Toolkit’s intellectual property.
