Refund and Returns Policy

The Progress Toolkit sells downloadable digital products. Because digital products cannot be physically returned once access has been provided, purchases are generally final after download access is made available.

That does not mean you are left without a remedy if something goes wrong on our side. If The Progress Toolkit makes a material mistake, we will work to make it right.

1. Digital Product Purchases Are Generally Final

Once access to a downloadable digital product has been provided, the purchase is generally final.

Digital products are different from physical goods because access cannot be meaningfully returned after the files have been delivered or made available.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

2. When We Will Make It Right

Please contact us if there is a material problem with your purchase caused by The Progress Toolkit.

Examples may include:

– A duplicate charge.

– A delivery or access failure caused by The Progress Toolkit.

– A confirmed defect in a file supplied by The Progress Toolkit.

– A promised file or material that was materially missing from the purchased product.

– A material mismatch between what was represented and what was actually delivered.

– A materially inaccurate compatibility claim made by The Progress Toolkit.

– A checkout or fulfillment error caused by The Progress Toolkit.

– A refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate remedy may include restoring access, supplying a corrected or replacement file, correcting the fulfillment problem, or issuing a refund.

Our goal is to make the customer whole when The Progress Toolkit has materially failed to deliver what was promised.

3. Situations Generally Not Eligible for a Refund

A refund will generally not be provided solely because:

– You changed your mind after receiving access.

– You decided not to use the product.

– You no longer need the product.

– You prefer a different product, format, workflow, or approach.

– Your device, software, or environment does not meet compatibility requirements that were accurately disclosed before purchase.

– You expected a result, outcome, or business improvement that the product did not promise or guarantee.

The Progress Toolkit may make a goodwill exception when circumstances warrant it. Any such exception is discretionary and does not change this general policy.

4. Contacting Us About a Purchase Problem

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us through the website’s support form and provide the following:

– Your order number

– A description of the issue

– Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

When contacting us, please provide enough information for us to identify the purchase and understand the problem you experienced.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and this policy.

5. Approved Refunds and Product Access

If a refund is approved, the license associated with the refunded product terminates.

After a refund, you must stop using the refunded product and delete copies of the downloaded product files that remain in your possession or control.

Any rights that cannot legally be waived or terminated remain unaffected.

6. Policy Updates and Final Notes

The Progress Toolkit may update this policy as its products, delivery methods, or legal obligations change.

The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We aim to handle legitimate purchase problems fairly, clearly, and in a way that reflects both the nature of digital products and our responsibility to deliver what we promise.
